I had a great experience renting with them for over a year. They worked with me to set up the storage unit, handled my accounting, and promptly answered my questions. The unique text-to-open-the-gate feature is also very handy.
I found North Brady Storage through Google, and I’m so glad I did! The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and feels brand new. The owner, Kathy, is such a kind and sweet lady. I’m in the military and couldn’t be there in person when the moving company came to pack my things, but Kathy went above and beyond — she personally opened the gate and my storage unit for them. This storage is great. Easy to contact, responsive and clean!
Rented from here for almost a year! New very secure facility, immaculate property, climate controlled. Everything you want for storing your belongings. Owners are professional, very nice & accomodating. Location is great!! Highly recommend!!
