Loved Susan and her staff! My husband and I are first time sugar glider parents, and they are our companion/emotional support animals for my husband whom has ptsd and tbi. Susan was great at handling the furbabies and very knowledgeable! Loved the office and staff. Definitely found our permanent vet!
I followed Dr. Shelle Raines to NBCAH when she left Banfield in Superior. I love all the staff and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have them in our lives. Miss Tallulah wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had a great experience here. My dog had injured herself and I needed to come in on a Sunday, happy they were open, and Dr Raines and staff were friendly and caring with my dog, and explained what was going on with her. Very happy with her care and their client care. Thanks!
Had a great first experience here and expect to continue. Dr. Patton and the staff are knowledgeable, patient and kind. They take the time to answer all your questions. Matt was very helpful starting the intake and put Bodhi at ease. Ashley at the front desk was so sweet and capable. Dana made sure I understood the medications and when to administer them. Dr. Patton took the time to educate me on what was going on with my dog and the course of treatment needed. Thank you!!
