Been going to this veterinary clinic for a decade, dealing with the original owner, his son, and more recently, a newer vet. Always been happy with them. But recent encounters with one of the staff members has sadly started a search for another office. She is one of the rudest people I have come across in a professional setting. We had our first visit here with my senior cat, George, who is generally very nervous and high-anxiety. The team was incredibly kind and patient with him from the moment we arrived. They offered treats and took their time, and he actually settled in for the most part — which says a lot. The vet was thorough, calm, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. I felt confident and truly cared for. I’m so grateful we found this clinic and would highly recommend them, especially for anyone with an anxious pet.
