I worked with an individual life coach here, Beth, to work on some creative blocks I have. She is really helpful, and laid out helpful suggestions while also giving me insight and support. I really liked that we could do phone sessions when I was out of the Bay Area for work. She is a skilled and sensitive coach and I highly recommend her!

There are few places to go for non-judgmental, shame-free help with one’s sexual life. North Berkeley Couples Therapy Center is one of these safe spaces. I came to see Christina as a last resort for what I believed to be a hopeless marriage. I had been married a little more than a year and was beginning to feel as if I had made a mistake. From our first interaction I was able to feel that she had a genuine interest in mending our relationship. Christina played a key roll in saving my marriage and played a key roll in my self improvement as an individual. I am now going on my third year of marriage which may have not been possible without her.
