Well, let's say nothing is perfect in life but Renaissance building is very clean, quite and drama free so far. BUT there is a problem, there is/are thieves in the building. For second time a package delivery to me and pictured to be left in the hallway, desapeared. It's a shame that older people supposed to be decent seniors engage in an action like that. My mother who is an elderly person has been dealing with Belkis and she has been extremely rude and insulting to my mother. Belittling her and treating her like a second class citizen. Every single time her application has to be renewed she has to deal with this rude inconsiderate person, Belkis. I would suggest she treat people better because now I am tracking all her insults and the belittling and I will contact North Bergen higher management to submit a complaint about her behavior. September 24th, 2024 --- UPDATE *** Ravi reached out to me and clarified the confusion within the office staff. He was not out on vacation but out for personal reasons. He has said that there are permits in place for the construction and that he and I can work together if any issues arise for the home owners after the project is complete. They're absolutely horrendous! I've called three times and left messages for Ravi to call me (his voicemail DOES NOT state he is on vacation).
