Super unethical, unprofessional, disrespectful and garbage attitude. I am not a person to ever leave bad reviews but this office is out of pocket. Carol and whoever her other colleague is ( lady with an accent ) in that office like to rush people off the phone. Peor lugar para hacer diligencias! Llevo casada desde diciembre 21 en este lugar han cometido 4 errores con los apellido vamos los organizamos envian los papeles y cuando vamos a reclamarlos otra vez estan malos, ya me estoy tomando esto personal o no se porque lo hacen porq antes de enviarlos muestras y todo esta bien pero cuando lo envian y lo vamos a reclamar estan mal y la espera es de 4 meses no es justo me parece muy poco profesionales
