RecommendedI had to take one of my doggies in for an emergency visit. They were extremely kind and accepting of taking her in. They monitored her since it was in the head region. Went to pick her up and the vet took me back to see her x-rays to see that every bone and tooth were not broken. He was super nice, professional, he had a few stories of similar situations. Just overall awesome place. They care for your fur babies as if they were their own!
RecommendedI have been coming here for a few months now to get my bloodhound mix, Milo, groomed! Milo always gets excited when we pull up and jumps out of the car! Vanessa is amazing with him!! I couldn’t ask for a better place that loves my animal and all of his quirks:)
RecommendedEvery person we had contact with was wonderful, kind and caring. We are here working, far from home and our 12 year old chihuahua became very I'll. They took such great care of him and he is back to his feisty, happy self! Thank you all so much for your great care!!!
We took our cat here and they sent her back with meds and told us she would be fine. They told us to take her back in 10 days for a check up. We wanted her to stay over night to get the treatment needed but they told us they did not have over night staff and instead sent her home with us. They didn't give her any shots which contained the medicine and told us we had to force her to slow it. She would not and could not swallow the medine due to how sick she was. Recommended5 stars all the way! We are new to San Angelo and needed our older pups teeth cleaned. Originally we had gone to another local vet but were unimpressed and decided to look around. Upon calling North Bentwood we were won over by their caring and kind customer service. They took the time to explain everything throughly and never rushed me .
