Professional and very helpful. Tyler was forthright and very helpful in getting me all the info about the vehicle I was interested in. He was not pushy and though I did not end up with a vehicle from here, I had a good experience in working with Tyler.
I've been using North Bend Chevrolet for almost 8 years now for all my Chevy vehicle servicing. I haven't used them for purchasing a vehicle so this review is only on their service department. This last time I took my Camaro in there for an oil change they told me I needed new pads and rotors all around. They've been doing all the oil changes on my Camaro and never once mentioned that the brakes were getting low, let alone I needed new ones.
