This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Billy was most helpful, answering all of my questions and explaining how the process worked. The installers, Chad and Joey were most helpful and obviously knew their job. They worked efficiently and quickly. Finally, Ashley took care of the invoice, payment and even filed the registrations to ensure my extended warranty was completed. I would recommend North Beach Services without hesitation.
Used North Beach for the installation of two new Carrier HVAC units and have been on their maintenance plan since. The install bid was better than other prominent OBX providers and the maintenance techs (including Christian) are prompt, polite, and do excellent work. Highly recommend.
Christian was prompt, professional and courteous. He inspected, cleaned and serviced every part of my HVAC system. He also noticed that the condensate line from my downstairs system was directing water into my foundation. With my approval, he rerouted the condensate line appropriately at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with North Beach Services, and Christian in particular.
