We’ve had a great experience at North Beach on Kernan so far! The leasing team is professional, friendly, and very responsive. They checked in after move-in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. Maintenance has been helpful and quick to assist when needed. The community is clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this community to others!
We’ve been here for 3 months and all the things we loved about this place is still true! Great customer service - office staff and maintenance staff - all very attentive and address concerns (minimal) quickly! Highly recommend!!!
First time living in an apartment and I was concerned about the whole process. The staff here made it so easy and answered all my questions. Upon moving in I had a noticed a few things that needed addressed by maintenance. I have heard horror stories of how long it takes to get issues addressed in apartment communities.
