Made several attempts to contact them to schedule an appointment over the past month, they never called or emailed back.
After many attempts to contact them to schedule an appointment over the past month and a half, they never called or emailed back. If they cannot handle that simple customer service, would you trust them for medical work?
First they canceled my appointment and didn’t tell me. Now at my new appointment for 8:30am which they told me to arrive early for to fill out paperwork. They didn’t show until 8:30 and informed me they had a meeting so I have to wait. Why schedule me at 8:30am if you are not ready?
