To put it simply, North Bay Property Services is the most unprofessional, unqualified, and deceitful property management company you will ever encounter-as a tenant or home owner. Their complete lack of integrity, untrustworthiness, and intimidation tactics are appalling and unrepentant. Buyer beware: do not work with them under ANY circumstances.

They make sure you are happy in your dealings with them as well as their attention to details or any common issues that might arise. Brandon and Marc are such wonderful kind and understanding people to have in their business I would highly recommend them they take the time to listen to you and they return your call when needed.
