A great property management team, with past construction experience. I’ve been with them forever. In fact, I may be their first client. I feel like the management is very personalized to me—I review contracts beforehand because that’s my area. I’m just not a faceless name for North Bay. Also, they will either answer your call or call you back ASAP. It’s annoying when someone I’m paying can’t be bothered to call back ASAP.
Mark was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting a renter.
We have used North Bay Property Services for our rental for several years. Mark always stays up to date on rental laws which has helped us many times. He always goes the extra mile for us and is prompt at returning our calls. Working with him and Alice has been a very good experience.
