Wow. I’ve lived in many places and have had to work with many property managers, and I must say, Brandon at north bay property services is a breath of fresh air. They are flexible, reasonable, kind, attentive and compassionate. They want the best for everyone, home owners and renters alike. I’m beyond grateful for them :)

Avoid This Property Manager at All Costs I strongly advise against renting from or hiring Mark as a property manager. My experience with him was extremely disappointing due to his dishonesty, unprofessional behavior, and poor customer service. When we first moved in, we were told that pest control was just doing routine maintenance. A great property management team, with past construction experience. I’ve been with them forever. In fact, I may be their first client. I feel like the management is very personalized to me—I review contracts beforehand because that’s my area. I’m just not a faceless name for North Bay. Also, they will either answer your call or call you back ASAP. It’s annoying when someone I’m paying can’t be bothered to call back ASAP.
