Dr. Lay is great! She is nice and attentive and did a great job taking care of our newborn. As a mother of three she has a lot of great personal experience and was helpful in answering all our questions. Her office and staff are great and you can get a hold of them anytime. They also provide many freebies.
Started taking my kids here from their day3 with Dr.Martin and Dr.Hanson. Kids still come to see Dr.Lay and Dr.Tanaka 6 years later! Wonderful doctors and staff. Always courteous and helpful!
This place is there to only Mint $$$$. Almost denied our care saying I’m taking my 8 month old baby for well visits at other physician and that I have to bring her only to this place. She was suggesting me to go somewhere else where my wellness exams are taken for the baby. Absolutely ridiculous. Person who’s seeing is not even an MD but a Nurse practitioner. If you have billing questions, and go back and forth with the way they handle insurance, they will DROP YOU AS A PATIENT....... The Doctors and Nurses are great......, the billing department on another hand is TERRIBLE. I used this office a couple of time’s for my daughter while in CA. The first visit is covered, because my deductible is met. The second visit, all the sudden I owe a HUGE bill because nothing on my ded is met.
