We started North Bay Pediatrics in 1984 with a vision to provide comprehensive, specialized medical care for infants, children and adolescents. We’ve rapidly grown to be the largest independent pediatric group in Solano County with eight experienced pediatricians, a dedicated, caring staff and one full-time office. In spite of our growth, we strive to make each child’s care and experience our first priority.

This place is there to only Mint $$$$. Almost denied our care saying I’m taking my 8 month old baby for well visits at other physician and that I have to bring her only to this place. She was suggesting me to go somewhere else where my wellness exams are taken for the baby. Absolutely ridiculous. Person who’s seeing is not even an MD but a Nurse practitioner. If you have billing questions, and go back and forth with the way they handle insurance, they will DROP YOU AS A PATIENT....... The Doctors and Nurses are great......, the billing department on another hand is TERRIBLE. I used this office a couple of time’s for my daughter while in CA. The first visit is covered, because my deductible is met. The second visit, all the sudden I owe a HUGE bill because nothing on my ded is met. We don't have health insurance (my employer does not offer a family plan, we do not qualify for any assistance, yet can't begin to afford private insurance). The healthcare system in our country is an abomination - not my fault. We have always paid NBP out of pocket, in full, at the time of service. We went to get an immunization and were told that North Bay Pediatrics would no longer see us until we obtained health insurance. They were condescending and degrading. All of the Drs at this practice seem to really care about the infants & children they see. I've been bringing my son here since he was born and I've been very happy with the individual attention Dr Winston has given him. Dr Winston seems very dedicated to empowering parents with the knowlage & understanding of childrearing. For us, it's great to have a Dr reinforce our parenting style which include no screen time & meeting the needs of our babies 100% of the time.
