Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the Volkswagen TDI that I purchased in early 2020. He spent the time to answer my nuanced mechanical and maintenance questions. North Bay Motors doesn't offer the cheapest cars around, however, in this case that is exactly what makes them different. He clearly takes pride in purchasing quality vehicles from auction or trade. Buying a car was easy from Ryan I was a first time car buyer could not afford a truck at the time I bought a 2013 Ford Escape that was loaded!!! I had it built my credit and bought a 2017 Ford F-150!!! THANKS RYAN
