I thought this was a terrific hotel. I stayed here with my 11 year old daughter for 4 days. It seemed very safe. When you're outside the freeway is noisy but when you're in the room we didn't hear it at all. It was clean and had a nice refrigerator and microwave. The people running the hotel were extremely hospitable. It was a terrific reasonably priced home base from which we were able to explore San Francisco and the Bay Area. I would highly recommend it.
The young lady at the office was very nice, and the rooms were very clean 👌. I definitely recommend it

Bed bug infestation!! I stayed at North Bay Inn in San Rafael after undergoing surgery and had one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had. Within days of checking in, I began experiencing repeated insect bites and ultimately documented multiple bugs in the room with photo and video evidence.
