Terrible experience. Unresponsive owner who completely ignored emails and text when we had a problem with brand new dresser that was damaged. Several months later it is really apparent how poor the quality is. I feel ripped off. Absolutely would not buy from this business again.

BUYER BEWARE! This business took my money and never delivered the furniture that I purchased. After I made the purchase and paid hundreds of dollars, my furniture did not arrive when the owner said it would. I received no communication at all from the owner, and he did not respond to any phone calls, voicemails, texts, or emails. The following is a factual review of two experiences with North Bay Discount Furniture aka North Bay Furniture and the store owner/salesperson. Our only experiences have been with the store owner as it seems that he is the only person who works in that store; or at least he has been the only person that was there when we went in person. It took two months for delivery. We used the sofa for three weeks and I noticed both bottom seat cushions are ripped. We have reached out to Northbay Discount Funiture multiple times with no response. Voice mail is full and he doesn't respond to emails.

Jesse could not have been more helpful, honest, and competitive in pricing. We purchased a beautiful couch and am looking forward to working in the future with Jesse and Northbay furniture.
