Robert was knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me find the perfect car in the color I wanted, a 2019 Ford Escape 4WD. Kali- the financing manager- made the paperwork clear, quick and painless. She was super friendly and found a warranty that works best with my yearly mileage . I came out wondering what took me so long! Thank you North Bay Ford! I love my new car!
RecommendedI Love North Bay Ford! I wouldn't go anywhere else when it came to the care & service of my car, or if I wanted a new one. The sales manager Dave is an amazing guy, very professional, and won't try to screw you over. Having anything go wrong with your car is a hassle and well, really emotional at times, but at least I know that with North Bay Ford I'm in good hands. It's worth the travel time.

I reached out to North Bay Ford Friday evening concerning a 2018 F-150 we were interested in purchasing. I was emailed by Jeff Winterhalder on Saturday with a fair price. We set an appointment for Sunday to check out and test drive the car. When we arrived, Jeff was waiting for us and immediately got us behind the wheel of the truck. We loved it.
