Communication here at the office is terrible. I've been a patient for years, and I don't remember it ever being this bad. I can never get a hold of an audiologist to make my appointment. I always have to go through the doctor's line, and even then, sometimes I can't get a hold of anyone. I shouldn't have to call twenty times and be left with a voicemail just to make an appointment with the audiologist. It's very sad. I had a simple question about a bill I got in the mail. I called the billing department and the office more than 5 times throughout my busy day as a teacher. I got voicemail every time! They called back once mid day (I cannot answer the phone at school) and when I returned the call back, I got voicemail. While I understand I am not the only person calling, the lack of basic communication and customer service is unprofessional and deters people. Go elsewhere!
Providers were great but this office is the worst medical office I’ve ever dealt with. They cancelled our appointment randomly for no reason. They take forever to call back. Then they scheduled back to back appointments for us in two different offices across the county with no notice and with the wrong provider. Such a disorganized mess. I hope we never have to come back here.
I have no complaints about this office or the people that work there.
Never saw the provider. My appointment was at 10am, I arrived at 9:50 to fill out paperwork. At 10:20 I asked the front desk person if she knew how much longer I would need to wait. She said someone would be taking me back in a minute. Ten minutes later I was still in the waiting area. At least 3 other people that came in after me were called back within minutes.
