You are unable to reach this office by phone at any time, however Dr Day and her scheduler Sherry are awesome.
Avoid at all costs. Cannot get a response. No customer service.
No one answers their phone, never mind trying to make an appointment
Dr Lawson is the best. The audiologists are great too. Highly recommend
Communication here at the office is terrible. I've been a patient for years, and I don't remember it ever being this bad. I can never get a hold of an audiologist to make my appointment. I always have to go through the doctor's line, and even then, sometimes I can't get a hold of anyone. I shouldn't have to call twenty times and be left with a voicemail just to make an appointment with the audiologist. It's very sad.
