I called the office two days ago to request an appointment with Dr. Day. When the receptionist asked for my information, she told me that I was listed as a patient of Dr. Lawson. I explained that I had only seen Dr. Lawson twice, approximately eight years ago, and that I would now prefer to see Dr. Day. I was told that I could not switch doctors and that I would receive a call back. However, I never received a call. I called again this morning to explain the situation. You are unable to reach this office by phone at any time, however Dr Day and her scheduler Sherry are awesome.
Avoid at all costs. Cannot get a response. No customer service.
No one answers their phone, never mind trying to make an appointment
Dr Lawson is the best. The audiologists are great too. Highly recommend
