The staff is ever so friendly and they do indeed give reminder calls and offer to send your paperwork to you. I can understand not being able to be seen if you are late because it is the domino affect. One runs late and it pushes all the patients who have arrived on time to be late. We have been going to this office for 7 years and everybody there is extrmeley kind and go out of their way to help!
This place has the MOST horrible office staff people I have ever encountered. They don't want to spend the money to mail you your application and make it convenient for you nor do they remind you. They they YELL at you b/c you didn't come soon enough to fill out the form. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE.
