We could not be more happy with the results of our full home remodel with NBC. This was our first major remodel and the team walked us through every step, kept us on track and most of all on time. We were able to complete the project in record time and the attention to detail and craftsmanship was very high. We are so happy living in our home and looking forward to future projects with John and Judit, which is not something I thought I would be saying after such an extensive project.

John and Judit head up an amazing team! Everyone we worked with was friendly, courteous, flexible and professional. They did a terrific job and kept on schedule. We would definitely use them again!

North Bay Construction has been my go-to general contractor for over a decade, and I recommend them without hesitation for both major renovations and smaller repair work. ** Long-term projects and scope ** Over the last 10+ years, they have completed three large projects at my home, adding roughly 2,500 square feet of new space. We worked with John in 2016 for a major renovation of our home. We had been working with a designer (unaffiliated with North Bay) who had been overcharging us; we were way over budget and feeling frustrated. John and North Bay Construction saved us. We fired our designer and John helped us bring our project back to a manageable place without compromising the quality and beauty of the renovation. They did an incredible job - the work is excellent, they were on time and on budget. Everyone who came to the house (electrician, p... read more

If you are looking for a top notch general contractor, I highly recommend Jon Fox and his construction team. For context, this was our first major remodel and we were fairly new to the process. John came highly recommended and he did not let us down. John and his staff guided us though our year-long project with clear and professional communication, patience and understanding. John and team are professionals, on time, on task and on budget. He set reasonable expectations of what he needed from us as clients and informed us i... read more
