As designers, collaboration and communication are everything and this team is excellent on both fronts. We've had the opportunity to work with North Bay Construction on more than one project. They're organized, responsive, and thoughtful in the field, and a solutions-oriented mindset. They coordinate well with our team and trades, maintained a clean and efficient site, and delivered high-quality work. I’d absolutely partner with them again and recommend them without hesitation.

John and his team were a dream to work with! We had a more complex project and they stepped in on relatively short notice to fit us into their schedule. Throughout the project, John was reliable and transparent. If he said he was going to do something (e.g. meet us, schedule the plumber, talk to the city, etc.) it always happened. We had some minor delays (normal for most projects) and John always took accountability for these situations, bringing well-considered solutions and go-forward plans. I can't sing enough praises about NBC. I had a smaller project (1 bedroom ADU complete tear out and remodel after a fire) and selected this contractor because John and Judit provided me with am honest, transparent, detailed, and thorough bid. Throughout the process, NBC was responsive, communicative, timely, and really surprised me with their level of service. A much overdue review of my experience with John and North Bay Construction. Last year they completed a bathroom remodel for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with.
