Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my car in for an issue that I later found out was tied to a manufacturer recall, but instead of acknowledging that, this shop tried to make it seem like it was my fault. They told me I had to pay just to get the car diagnosed—even though the problem clearly fell under the recall. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also tried to pressure me into paying out of pocket for something that should’ve been covered. Regarding William Robertson, He was ready to help me at my appointment time, He sat in my 2025 Optiq and showed me how to verbally make calls. He showed me how to get Plug Share, all while being VERY patient. Kudos to William.
Very bad experience with this service department promise a loaner when I get there no loaner available took my vehicle in for two thing the only fix one and keep lying to me that the need to have approval from warranty company I call the warranty company the and find out nothing was pending for approval . The also promise the will call to make a next appointment when the case approve never did,I was out of a car for 4 days for simple fix
