Very bad experience with this service department promise a loaner when I get there no loaner available took my vehicle in for two thing the only fix one and keep lying to me that the need to have approval from warranty company I call the warranty company the and find out nothing was pending for approval . The also promise the will call to make a next appointment when the case approve never did,I was out of a car for 4 days for simple fix
Everyone at the Cadillac service dealer it was very helpful and friendly
Items went missing from my car, and when I tried to speak with a manager, I was either placed on hold indefinitely or told someone would call me back—but no one ever did. Now I understand why so many people warned me not to use their services.
