Dropped off my 2026 platinum sport escalade for a list of issues. Some they repaired because I provided service bulletins and videos of the problem areas to avoid "could not duplicate". The worst part tho...the easiest thing like taking care of your vehicle, they failed at. I have a light interior and with any car I've owned, right before I pull into service I pull over and take photos of everything. Came for a regular oil change but William was great and very professional, he made sure I was treated good even though it was just a standard oil change. I told him my other car needs an oil change but I have no appointment and he told me to just drop it off and he would handle. That’s great service !!!!
