Had an appointment for a simple oil change. Got there only to find out they don't have a lift available. They never bothered to call to cancel the appointment!! Waste of time and frustrating. Never going back!

Excellent service. All staff are polite and knowledgeable. Comfortable waiting area. I have been here several times with no issue and they are accurate on time frame of your wait time while you wait for your service.

I’ve had nothing but problems with the service department at North Bay Cadillac. They consistently overcharge, and their customer service is extremely poor. I was initially called to authorize repairs at a specific price, then later informed that one of the parts was unavailable. Since one issue had already been fixed and there was no timeline for the remaining part, I requested to bring the car back at a later date—only to be told that the pricing had completely changed. I had a great experience bringing my car in for service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner. I felt confident it was in good hands and will definitely reccomend them.
