Buen lugar exelente atención De petter
Came for a regular oil change but William was great and very professional, he made sure I was treated good even though it was just a standard oil change. I told him my other car needs an oil change but I have no appointment and he told me to just drop it off and he would handle. That’s great service !!!!
So glad I went to this service center. After another Cadillac center couldn't diagnose and fix my car's issue after 3 visits, David and Ricky at North Bay were able to diagnose and more importnatly fix the problem. Thank you so much!! You have gained a lifelong customer. Great service experience all around.
