Service good but communication from reps fair.
Brand new Cadillac Escalade 2025 in the shop again. I'm on my third visit to service waited a month for a headlight. I'm been waiting for over an hour to get my loaner vehicle even though this was all scheduled in advance. Shifting me from one desk to another every 20 minutes No real help or assistance in site yet
Do not bring your car here if you don’t want to waist your time. I spent 7 hours waiting for nothing. I brought my truck with a few issues and the only thing they did was an oil change. Long story short My truck has a recall (never told me a thing) problems with my headlights. Nothing they didn’t say nothing. What type of service is this?
I have recall 22 escalade so I took appointment and call them they say there's no remedy right now. So i had to cancel my appointment Hopefully the service will be available soon.
