Been servicing vehicles here for nearly 20 years, starting with our 09 Acadia. Over the years and a variety of GMCs, Buicks and Cadillacs, the team here has always been kind, courteous and helped make sure we were taken care of. Very good and professional service. I have to specifically mention Jennifer who is the best manager I had to deal with, very professional and courteous, fantastic problem solver. Highly recommend.
Dropped off my 2026 platinum sport escalade for a list of issues. Some they repaired because I provided service bulletins and videos of the problem areas to avoid "could not duplicate". The worst part tho...the easiest thing like taking care of your vehicle, they failed at. I have a light interior and with any car I've owned, right before I pull into service I pull over and take photos of everything.
