I didn’t even know where the shop was. Thanks to Google I was dealt I found a business that treated professionally, courteously and with humour. It was just a small job. A bathroom window but I felt that I got royal treatment. But I know they treat everyone this way. With Sally’s encouragement, Bob came and measured. Wish I could give zero stars Horrible customer service. Rude and ignorant. My customer went to ask about custom blinds and showed what she wanted they laughed at her So I went with a pair of blinds to ask if they can cut them and scoffed at me. And then ignored me both him and her. Terrible people. You sell blinds,,, get a grip you're not important.
A good place to find parts for blinds and very friendly
Bob is very rude and misogynistic. I spent $8000 on blinds for my whole house. One isn’t straight should be a simple fix but no. Months of trying to get him to rectify this situation And all I got was belittling and yelled at in my OWN HOME!! He had the nerve to ask me if I know how to use a level then says show me🤬. telling me it’s my walls of my brand new house that aren’t straight (level shows straight). complete BS. Clearly, the only reason this company is In business still is a lack of competition.
My wife and l have dealt with these people before a few times had him at our house ten years ago and found him very ignorant and went to see them last week and l can see they don't change she is very rude to so now my wife and l are going to the new blind place and lam done with these ignorant people.l wouldn't even give them one star.
