I was prescribed aquatherapy after a spine surgery. My surgeon was concerned about high potential for re-injury, as well as a jarring impact of land exercise. North Bay Aqua Therapy was the right choice! The combination of aqua therapy, massage, a few well chosen stretches really increased my strength, eased post-op pain and helped healing.
