Dr. Margaret is a great doctor who listens when spoken to about you problems. My issue is that don't have a messaging service when you have a busy day. I know this is a small complaint but I take off another star because they also don't have an email service or any way to continue your medications. I take off another star because they could be so much more efficient if they did. While I'm doing well I feel for the same people that go through mental illness. I have been going to this clinic for a year now. The staff are courteous, understanding,and patient. Very helpful and thoughtful. Wonderful service. Highly recommend!
The doctor I saw, Kwame Buabeng, tried pushing his religious beliefs on me. I told him I don’t practice religion and don’t really believe in some sort of higher power. He began to explain that it wasn’t right and that I needed to believe in something. While it is everyone’s right to practice whatever religion or non-religion they would like, as a doctor it is NOT your place to try and push beliefs on your patients. since 2015 I went to the north baton rouge mental health facility and let's just say those doctors think for you instead of about you I kept telling constantly to a therapist the medicine didn't work but she kept prescribing it to me and she didn't take the word no for an answer I felt worse than better and insult to injury she kept asking me the same questions over and over again which got very annoying plus what they fail to realize that most mental health issues some people are aware of what really matters to them and sad... read more
