I think the staff is great and I think Margaret the nurse practitioner is very kind, understanding, and listens. The counselor also do a great job. They’ve been working with my son for the past two years and he has improved greatly.
Dr. Margaret is a great doctor who listens when spoken to about you problems. My issue is that don't have a messaging service when you have a busy day. I know this is a small complaint but I take off another star because they also don't have an email service or any way to continue your medications. I take off another star because they could be so much more efficient if they did. While I'm doing well I feel for the same people that go through mental illness. I have some good and ok experiences with this company. I like the company.
I have been going to this clinic for a year now. The staff are courteous, understanding,and patient. Very helpful and thoughtful. Wonderful service. Highly recommend!
