Update. So apparently I missed a payment they weren't happy with it. they weren't going to renew our lease after 5 years Cool went there to pick up all our shit had to haul off 1200 lb of shit to the landfill due to the rat infestation going on with this facility Just be mindful of what you have here and maybe check on it a little more often than we did highly recommended due to their rat infestation in their facility. Just reading what I have in very much need or a storage unit. If you don’t have negative reviews your not doing your job my personal opinion it seem very convenient will be call in the morning or I will stop in that you guys!
From the onset of obtaining my unit to my last after one year, the property staff at North Avenue Storage 2, have been nothing but wonderful. They worked with me after I had a few months of late payments, even showing genuine feelings of concern towards my situation. Rent a unit from these wonderful people and know that your belongings will be safe and secure.
The people that run this are invasive and disrespectful. These people would harass me after being at my unit for 30 mins this isn't a storage it's a daycare stay away for 100 a month u can't even check on your things without being pushed out it's wild these people need to understand the need of a storage unit and not be so worried about the money. If I pay for a unit it's mine I don't need to be watched like a child you creeps!¡
