Definitely recommend this place. All of the staff are super nice and I appreciated that my hygienist Leo took the time to explain everything I needed to know about hygiene and taking better care of my teeth. I have only had positive experiences with North Austin Dentistry!
Leo did my teeth cleaning and he was very friendly and also gave a lot of helpful tips to better maintain my teeth. He was very meticulous and thorough with the cleaning so I appreciated that as well.
I recently got fillings done here and now I cannot eat with the right side of my mouth, drink or eat anything cold. I had NO Pain in the area of cavities before hand. When I went back to get rechecked Lindsey was incredibly rude. She should definitely not be in healthcare. As someone who's been in healthcare for 13 years making the patients feel unwelcome and talked about is not best practice. The rest of the staff was very nice but I am still in pain and now feel I have to get another dentist to fix this. Really disappointe... read more
I’ve had two deep cleanings with Leo. He is professional while at the same time personable. I trust his knowledge and attention to detail. Lindsey has been very helpful and communicative regarding insurance and treatment plans. I look forward to my next visit.
