Needed a storage unit for a few months and this one was close! Cheryl did an awesome job assisting me throughout the entire process from beginning to clean out today! She was very responsive and everything went exactly as she said it would! I would highly recommend them and ask for Cheryl is you value fast, efficient, and knowledgeable service!
I've had 2 units here for almost 15 years. Rates have more than doubled. No on-site staff. And recently, the gate code isn't working and I can't get anyone on the phone or a response to an email. I hate to do this in a review but I don't know another way to possibly get a response from someone. I'm paying too much for you to be holding my stuff hostage!!!
As of March 20th, 2026, units are being broken into and there are no cameras on site monitoring the units.

Large price hike after new ownership, multiple issues with gate and they changed 24/7 access to daytime only without warning. If it wasn’t for the location convenience I’d move…just don’t store anything too valuable as the gate is questionable. Observed the gate being stuck half open for couple days in a row.
