I've had 2 units here for almost 15 years. Rates have more than doubled. No on-site staff. And recently, the gate code isn't working and I can't get anyone on the phone or a response to an email. I hate to do this in a review but I don't know another way to possibly get a response from someone. I'm paying too much for you to be holding my stuff hostage!!!
As of March 20th, 2026, units are being broken into and there are no cameras on site monitoring the units.

Large price hike after new ownership, multiple issues with gate and they changed 24/7 access to daytime only without warning. If it wasn’t for the location convenience I’d move…just don’t store anything too valuable as the gate is questionable. Observed the gate being stuck half open for couple days in a row.
I still have great concerns about this storage company, but Cheryl is a GREAT improvement. She is available and very helpful. I strongly suggest you keep her if you want to keep customers. I was ready to move on. The situation with the holes in the parking lot and the security gate is still an issue. Cheryl has promised to address these issues and I will give her a chance to do so. On site management is definitely an issue. No dumpster on sight is an issue that needs to be addressed. We should have contact with higher up man... read more
