My son does karate here and I do the kickbox fitness class and love it. Well run business for fair prices, instructors know what they are doing. Highly recommend
Great jiu jitsu work out with a great group of people! I’ve done a lot of martial arts and this was the rough-and-tumble intensity I needed to get back in the game!
