After moving from Michigan we were looking for a good vet. I did my homework called, asked questioned NAAH was hands down the best answers/service. Today is our second visit we had a hiccup. Hoffa went in to be neutered at 8am, remember I did my homework I was told over the phone it would be a LITTLE over 300 for the neutering, full exam, pain meds, micro chip, heart worm test Soooooo my husband goes to drop Hoffa off and he's told the total is 480.00 hmmm maybe it's just me but that seems to be more then a LITTLE over 300. ... read more
my fur baby had his first appt during Covid, and I was so nervous that I couldn’t go into the vet with him. They were so sweet and so thorough, somehow making the most of not being able to actually go in with your fur baby. will be going back!
My dog was treated poorly at another NA vet office and wasn’t getting better. I took her to Dr Jamie who was able to identify a correct diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Jamie was kind, competent, and wonderful with Bailey. So glad she is in NA.
The staff is so compassionate and caring! I'm always greeted with a smile and I know my precious babies are in the best hands.
First class. Everyone is so friendly. They really love your pets. My dogs and cats are well taken care of.
My 14 week old puppy got attacked by another dog, we called as they were closing. Her wounds were not life threatening. I took the worse of it so she didn't get hurt very badly. They did offer to work her in the following day. I took her in and I fell in love with the ladies up front and the Dr. I expected an outrageous bill so when presented with it total of below $100.00, to say I was floored is very accurate. We have taken our dog, Maggie to North Augusta Animal Hospital from day one and through staff changes over 16 years have gotten nothing but the best care for her. We moved out of the area in July and regret we were not able to bring her back here as we made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. But I did want to thank all the wonderful staff here for their kindness and dedication in caring for Maggie. <3
