Fantastic!! Excellent response time especially with the storm we had last night. Crews were out asap surveying and triaging. Work crews immediately dispatched to our street Kingsley road to cut down a fallen tree hanging over the road and in the power lines. Crews and staff worked tirelessly all day and all night to bring our town back on the grid. Forever grateful. THANK YOU NORTH ATTLEBORO ELECTRIC!!!!
Love North Attleboro Electric Department. Don't know about other areas of town but I've rarely been without power for more than a few hours in the worst of storms! This one was about 8 hours but with the extensive tree damage I didn't think I'd have power until next week! NAED is the best!

Facebook is filled with reports from people in other surrounding towns with no power yet North Attleboro Electric once again weathers the storm. Been living here almost 20 years and couldn't be happier with the service from NAE.
I think NAED should train whoever answers the service line. I tried to report an outage and all I got was 'yes north Attleboro is out' I tried to provide a specific street but was told I could call back later. First time in 25 plus years as a customer I was not impressed with the service NAED provides.
