My farther was operated on by Dr. Wilson for a hernia procedure and never left the hospital due to him cutting and damaging his intestines.He tried to repair it multiple times but was unsuccessful.So he had him shipped out to Emory Hospital and for another doctor to try to repair it ,but again, unsuccessful.He passed him of so he wouldn't bear the responsibility of his actions.My father never recovered and passed away from Dr Wilson malpractice.I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.I will have my lawyer look into this.

My spouse’s surgeon. Our experience was Top notch in an emergency circumstance. Reputation is superb. Highly recommend.
I had an exceptional experience with the hospital staff and Dr. Russell Wilson and very nice anesthesiologist although I forgot his name… Dr. Wilson was running late for my appointment of which I count as a plus in my book-because I view this as a caring doctor that is thorough with his art. I would much rather have a doctor that does what needs to be done on any and every person coming through his doors, where time doesn’t matter when you are caring for someone. Dr. Wilson and his entire team are an amazing group of people and very passionate about what they do I had a large abdominal hearnia repaired and from pre op sugery and post op the experience was very pleasant I recommend Dr. Wilson to everybody that needs sugery
