This is one of the worst companies to rent from, they will try to rip you off every chance they get. If you're looking to rent a place do NOT go through them.. We have had so many problems with them it's ridiculous.. We have to pay rent through an online service they provide wich worked for one month and now everytime I need to make the rent payment with a check they charge me an extra fee which they refuse to wave even though we can't make the payment online.
