If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Their agent lied to my husband's face and told us a newly installed, brand new furnace had been running and working. The HVAC professionals said that the unit was never converted from natural gas to propane, so there is no way that it ever worked. HE KNEW IT WASN'T WORKING, DIDN'T DISCLOSE, AND LIED TO OUR FACE. EXPECT TO HEAR FROM OUR ATTORNEY.
