I would not recommend working for north Arundel contracting. They lie and pay you bare minimum and expect you to do a lot for basically nothing. The supervisors say one thing and the owner Diane says another and it’s just seems like a bunch of lies and confusion . They don’t appreciate there workers at all:
These people came out as "an emergency" service a day after I called. Charged my HOA $325 to come out for a 15 minute visit and when I found the source of the problem the plumber told me they would be expensive to fix such a small issue and recommended a cheaper option. Yet I still got charged such an excessive amount because "it was logged as an emergency" on their end most likely because they don't get a lot of customers. So many better and more reasonable options out there. Avoid at all costs.

Wow! I can't believe the bad review. I've used North Arundel for years, for both insurance work and non-insurance work. Their work has always been good - no significant problems. When something wasn't done to my liking, they always fixed it. In one case they spotted a very minor problem that wasn't in the contract, and they fixed it without charge. My only complaint is that they tend to be busy, and I don't get them on the job as fast as another contractor might. I'm willing to trade off a possible delay with the kno... read more
