Have been going to this practice for years and overall the care from the doctors have been fine. Dr. Geleske was above average. However, we have had insurance issues and need to change providers. Since having these issues leading to a balance, they are not complying with the records request. Telling me 7 days and than after that pushing for the balance to e paid and when bringing up insurance and issues - was now told 30 days for records.
