I didn't have insurance, the person i called said they have a discount for that. Told me over the phone the reduced price. I mailed the check with a note. They cashed the check for the reduced amount. That was a month ago, just got a collections bill for the full amount and a bill from them for the "remainder". That's not even bringing up the fact that I do not think the second xray was necessary at all. But that's my fault, I shouldn't have let them push me into it.
Rude billing department. Received no bill but answered when someone called. Gave them the correct billing information. Received a statement from a collection agency. Tried calling for several days. No one answers the phone. I wish it was possible to leave ZERO stars.
They keep sending bills even after it’s been paid. They don’t answer the phone when you try to call them.
