On Sunday morning 12/28 my friend fell in the parking lot of our apartment complex. She was unable to get up and I was unable to help her due to her anxiety . She spent 1/2 hour on her hands and knees in a snow bank with no gloves or boots on in 15 degree weather. When the ambulance arrived the two EMT’s were Josh and Mary. I was in an accident and had my 18 month old son with me. When the EMT arrived on scene he refused to look at both my son and me. He kept saying about my son, "he looks fine". When I said I wanted him looked at he just repeated himself. When I told him I had arm and wrist pain he said "the only thing I can do for you is put you in the back and drop you off at urgent care or ER". This gentleman should not be an EMT.
