I was recommended to North Andover Auto Body by Trombly Bros and I will forever pass along the recommendation as well. Not only did they do a fabulous job fixing my car, but the people that work there are extremely down to earth. Felt like family and each time I was there I left smiling because they are just so kind. Highly recommend would be an understatement!
They take forever and do not do a through job when they are inspecting what kind of work needs to be done.
A couple years ago, I brought my car to be repaired after an object was flying through the sky and damaged my drivers side mirror and glass. I was impressed by the local auto body shop in general and received the best help regarding advice, and all the work was done wonderfully. Recently, I had a small issue, and they were kind enough to look at it. No worries or charge, just nice people helping people!! I will always go back for my auto body service! I highly recommend North Andover Auto Body.
Excellent, courteous, professional staff. Outstanding work. Very accommodating and helpful owner - Jeff. My car was struck by pick-uo truck mid drivers side. Extensive damage. Restored my 2017 Ford Fusion like BRAND NEW. Highly recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint.
They have worked on the front end of my Rav4, the back end and replaced the drivers rear view mirror that got snapped off. Very nice and reputable people. When my wife's Camry ended up being considered a total, they advised her on what price she should negotiate with the the insurance company for its worth and even did research on possible new cars.
Found this Auto body online and looked at the reviews. The reviews do not lie. The nicest experience I have had getting a vehicle repaired. Great customer service, they returned the car cleaner than it was and the work was impeccable. I would highly recommed North Andover Auto Body to anyone.
