I never ever write reviews but I had an insanely great experience using AAA self-storage I had to give them a shout out! I am a college student who needed a small storage unit for a couple months and found this place to be the cheapest in Stillwater. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they were so accommodating in making sure I got a storage unit as they get bought out pretty fast in the summer, AND made sure to call me to double check that I was done with my unit when they noticed my lock was no longer ... read more
Good storage facility. Friendly home town people running it . Wouldn't want it any other way.
Charged me 125 dollars to move one bed across the parking lot to a new building. They lost a key structural piece of my bed frame, and now are ghosting me and not returning my calls when I’m just trying to see if they left it on their truck. Thanks, dudes. Now I have to pay to have it replaced. It kind of stinks because they were otherwise nice people, but this is a key support bar of the frame that I can’t use the thing without, so I basically paid 125 dollars for 14 minutes of work and to not be able to use my bed frame.
Good storage facility. Friendly home town people running it . Wouldn't want it any other way.
