Had me schedule a pick up weeks in advance so my stuff would be delivered when I arrived to my final destination, and now they're telling me the truck hasn't even left yet. It could be another 21 days!!! They also charged me twice as much as originally quoted. The movers did not fill the truck to the top so they claimed it was taking up more cubic footage. I could have done a better job packing it myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They convince you to buy the insurance, but then don’t reimburse you for the things they lost. And they do lose things! I either wanted my things, or the money to replace them.
Definitely do not use this company! Items were either lost or stolen, items they have refused to cover including an expensive table saw. Our lawn mower was damaged and even the movers agreed that they damaged it. They packed heavy items on top of fragile boxes and ruined thousands of dollars of things. Changed the quote on us after we paid the deposit and then kept it. Total crooks, dont buy into their bullcrap
Nice people, easy to work with and really great movers.
