Great moving company from quote and pick up to delivery. Friendly, professional team. Showed up on time and were efficient in loading without a single item damaged. Highly recommend.

Personnel are responsive and courteous from first contact. Always available to field questions and accommodating when it came to modifying scope of services during the proposal phase. The interactions during pack up and delivery were professional and reassuring. As much as possible they made the time and effort to reduce the anxiety normally associated with such moves. Overall professionalism from all parties was much appreciated.
The move was fine until they lost one of my boxes which I didn’t even know about until everything was unpacked since I had over 30 boxes. They refused to reimburse me because I had signed off on the move. For a company that is singularly responsible for moving things without losing them, keeping in mind an INSURED company, this is pretty incompetent.
The driver was rude and careless with my possessions and when I wanted to make a claim Bruce never sent me a claim form prompting me call North American directly and bypassing Hall Lane completely. Also when I first called to complain an unhinged lady told me that there was no one to speak to and the owner was in the hospital, what a load of BS.
