I closed on a rate and terms refinance on 8/5. Based on the timing my old escrow account paid my annual insurance policy but my insurance company hadn't received it. I provided proof of payment after closing with the expectation I would receive the full payment back. This title company made a clerical error on my closing statement and sent me a check for less than I was expecting.
