My daughter's school band pictures all turned out horrible. The lighting was awful and the poses the photographer insisted on were awkward. In some pictures you can see the lighing equipment behind her head. The color in all the pictures was bad but the ones with the black background and a bright light behind her head were especially bad. THIS IS NOT EVEN A REAL STUDIO! THEY WORK OUT OF THEIR HOME AND AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! OUR SCHOOLS WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! THEY TAKE AWFUL WASHED OUT PICTURES, MAKE YOU LOOK AT FADED PROOFS AND THEN TELL YOU THEY WILL LOOK TOUCHED UP IN THE REAL PHOTOS. THEY NEVER EVER DO RETAKES!!!! THEY WONT REFUND OUR MONEY SO NOW WE NEED TO TAKE THEM TO COURT!!! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM ARTIST!
