still waiting for group band photo from my daughters middle school band during the 2013-2014 school year. it's been 16 weeks since the rest of the pictures were mailed. I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. WORST PHOTOGRAPHY EVER! SAVE YOUR MONEY! You pay lots of money for no or damaged photo and they won't give you a refund. Instead they place blame on the customer instead of fixing the problem. Called with no call back. Sent email through the website with no response and when I finally complain, they are eager to make it right yet fail to acknowledge their fault. PART I: This company came in and photographed the Air Force JROTC at our high school. When the proofs came in for review, the fun began. First, students could not order what they wanted; parents had to come in for the order. This was not a big deal as I'm an active parent volunteer with the unit--- so I talked to the Colonel while I waited. Terrible Service... So I had purchased photographs that had been taken in AFJROTC. The portraits came out decent, so I bought a package and it arrived. I e-mailed them to see if I could get access to a raw file, for use on Facebook, twitter, etc. They outright said "NO" and threatened to send me to civil court since the photographs are their copyright. Copyright material of a photo of MYSELF? WOW. I could of handled a simple "No" but to threaten my legally? This company sucks... AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
WZ TRYING TO DECIDE IF I WANTED TO ORDER THE PICS.......MY SON IN JROTC, THIS COMPANY TOOK THE PICS....MY SON TOLD ME THE PHOTOGRAPHER DID NOT DO GOOD POSES AND WZ RUSHING THEM THRU THE PHOTO SESSION....NOW AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS I PROBABLY WONT BUY THEM......THANKS FOR THE REVIEWS..
Don't use this company, they are terrible. My daughter is a senior and this was her first time in the band, so we wanted pictures. My daughter didn't want any of them, she was so disappointed that she walked out. I asked about retakes, of course I didn't get anywhere with that.
My sons band pix just came...ugh!! & for so much $$ too. :-( Very bad horn placement, no retouch as was promised (because his undershirt was showing), they put the SAME pose on the composite (not our choice of pix), & as another reviewer mentioned- NO ANSWER & NO RESOLUTION. Never again. What a rip off scam.
Thought the prices were high, my daughter wanted her pictures, found it odd the photographer didnt pose any of the kids, shots were akward looking. Hat pictures had girls with hair down, band pictures should be clean looking. Paid 100 bucks for pictures that were truly not worth it. Paid half up front. My daughter's school band pictures all turned out horrible. The lighting was awful and the poses the photographer insisted on were awkward. In some pictures you can see the lighing equipment behind her head. The color in all the pictures was bad but the ones with the black background and a bright light behind her head were especially bad.
