I ordered pictures from my daughter's school back in November and still have not received them. The number is unavailable and the email is no longer found. No way to contact them!
I ordered picture back in October. Still haven’t seen them and now they are permanently closed. I spent $90 on picture.
ordered pictures October 2019 they took my money and to this day have no pictures, and nobody will call you back. apparently this company is out of business. better business bureau states they are out of business....so how do we get money back? can't believe they go into schools and steal from the parents! shame on you!
This company apparently went out of business in Nov 2019 without any notice to customers. We have hundreds of dollars in unfilled orders. The owner does not return emails nor phone calls. The attorney listed as his registered agent, Marc **********, also has not returned emails or phone calls. If anyone else is in this same position, please contact me. Our school is attempting legal action to recoup our lost funds.
I would give no stars if it was an option. My son's JROTC's photos were taken along with many others. Over $2000 in sales from just our group and to find that the company closed its doors without notice and without the photos or a refund. They have scammed everyone out of their money and assume charges will be filed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
My daughter is in jazz band and we were instructed to pick out pics at the school. No heads up on prices before the date. I assumed they would be comparable to prices for school pics. OMG was I wrong!! We were abruptly showed a bunch of packages priced about $100 with fees. I asked if we could just buy a single pic and was flat out told no. The pic was very low quality. I wish I could give them 0 stars!! Their customer service and production are on par with the quality. It took 2 months to get my son's pictures and the lighting was awful, the poses were ridiculous. My son's neck looked broken. It took 5 months to get the composite picture and the school year date was wrong! Now they are telling us we hope to have them done by the summer!!
