After all the places told me that they would not do my surgery they did they made me feel good about having it my family doctor finally wanted to do half ass surgery and it wasn't what I needed done. The staff is the friendles that I had every come across in the field of medical. I tell a lot of people about them because the care about you the patient and not the bill.the goal is to get well and pain free to a point where you can live and they make this happen way to go guys keep up the good work
Drove a patient to this place who suffers spondylitis & patient was not treated well at this place. Discrimination by any other name...
staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. Doctor is nice and knowledgeable. Not sure if he`s worth the abuse of the staff.
Hard to schedule initial appointment. Took over 3 weeks to get in. When I finally had my appointment I understood why. Dr. Rastogi is the best. No wonder he is always booked. He took time to diagnose me and answer all my questions. Robert and the rest of the front desk staff were wonderfull in taking care of my insurance issues to get in. I am scheduled for a procedure in 2 weeks. I cant wait to start feeling like my old self again.
Wow. These reviews are far from the truth. The office staff is great. I have never heard them talk about any patients nor do they treat their patients like "drug addicts". I have had a very positive and great care when I went there a few months ago. And im getting my surgery there. This facility is great and I have been to many others. I highly recommend this facility.
The office staff is very slow to take care of clients. Follow ups are non existent.
