This place is the worst when it comes to communication and following through. I have requested a return to work document from Dr. Rastogi and it's been two weeks. No one from the East Orange office will call me back. Stacy, the manager, won't call me back even though three different people have said they will either call me back or she will. The worse excuse of a doctors office. They are very unprofessional, inconsiderate, not very tending to their patients. As a patient of theirs for 3 years, I feel no better than when I started. I actually feel worse. All they care about is getting paid from insurance companies. They don't really care to get you better. NASP can't keep valuable and reputable doctors under them because they don't do right by them or the patient. I am looking for a different pain management Dr as I am making this review. I have to say DR dorri was super amazing and was always pleasant and super super!!!caring about the care he gave to me even thou i was in great pain ,he made sure to provide me with the care I needed ,taking all the necessary steps, am very pleased to say today because of my amazing and wonderful doctor,DR DORRI am feeling much better ,(Abbygail Burke)thank you has well to the entire staff you guys were the greatest 😇
I feel so out of place and I feel like experiment monkey. I feel horrible about this matter....... The different doctors and no help........ Sometimes I feel like it's racial profiling. Picking and choosing.
Wafeeqa is very professional and took good care of me. Was open to discussion about my overall health outside of pain. I would recommend you to anyone looking for pain management. She always has a smile and made me feel very comfortable
