I had to change my previous review from been completely unsatisfied to very happy with staff and services that have been rendered. There has been lot of improvement as far as staff calling you to remind you of appointments, Front desk personals answering the phone and going above and beyond to help out when I needed help . Keep up the good work , you are appreciated Paul P.
This staff refuse to be direct with you and dance you around for the real help you need. They refuse to tell you that they can no longer prescribe strong pain medication. That there has been a crackdown! Just be honest! I drove 3 and a half hours in agony only to be danced around and told me that they can’t access my records! What a joke!
Always very nice, they address the issues and help get treatment you need
