Just called today after yesterday being my first visit ever. The woman that picked up the phone sounded Caucasian and older. She was very rude and ignorant for no reason. When I called she asked can I hold and instantly did not give me a time to respond and placed me on hold with no care given. Upon her return I informed her first of all next time give someone time to answer your question. Dr Jose is the best. He is caring to my pain. He shows compassion and professionalism. I trust him with his recommendations to healing and maintaining my needs.
This place is a disgrace dr Jose is wonderful but staff never returns phone calls. Been calling since November 2024 and no call backs.
Had my 1st injection. I have had numerous procedures from other docs. The discomfort level was the least I have experienced. And doctor Jose asked if I was in any discomfort several times. I would like to ask to get am mri of mÿ Neck and lower back too.
