Don't use North American Spine!!!! This place plain ****** They have a telemarketing team to harass you, call you over and over. Then once you say ok I guess I'm ready, You give them your Insurance they call and say, You Qualify. I went in and left with even worst pain than I had before going. I limped into their Fort Worth office and all they said is it takes 3 months and we like to see you halfway healed. then I go back and its up to 6-12 months. B/S! I went and had another MRI and it showed the same L-4 L-5 disc problems.... read more

I went in for lower back pain and they said it would not cost me anything out of pocket after my insurance and I received a bill for over $3000 and they did the same injections that I have had done numerous times before and it did not help at all. They get you in, take your money and then you never hear from them again. Absolute garbage!
