Did not receive ordered product. Contacted customer service and they stated that it was delivered. I was never even sent a tracking number for delivery. Shady company practices. Will instruct as many people as I can to avoid buying from this company unless they reach out to me and fix the problem.
Recently had an order that I needed filled quickly and NAR worked with me to get the order filled faster than usual. I went inside to pick up the order and asked to look at some of the displays of medical supplies. We got a full tour of the facility. As a prior service combat medic, this was great. My coworker who was also a combat medic came and we loved the tour and how nice Jennifer Horton was. - Great costumer service department - Very friendly
Not a great place to work. Especially not in their accounts payable department. The leadership has no direction on how to get themselves out of a deep dark hole of invoices that hasn't been paid in years. No proper training is provided. The manager has no confidence in how to lead and she has to seek advice from an employee who is also new. It's like the blind leading the blind. I am so grateful I don't work there anymore. I could not have asked for better customer service than I received today. Both reps I spoke with went out of their way to provide the best service possible. You can’t ask for anything more than outstanding products with incredible service.
